Ways to keep your crew motivated

There is a few tricks in the filming world that can keep the moral of the crew up therefore creating a better atmosphere and better performances. The first trick is by putting food and drinks out, if the crew are well fed then they can concentrate more on the movie than on their stomachs. Also resting your crew, when a scene doesn't involve some members of the crew then sit them down and keep them relaxed as the less tired they are the more focused they are.
